Tony Curtis was the full name - It was fundamentally a quiff at the front and a "ducks **** " at the back . Not that I am an authority on hairdressing , but it was the style adopted by the Teddy Boys in the 50's .

Dont be , I have a mate who's had a TC since the 80's and we always referred to it as a Tony Curtis.
