So, what came through one of your windows (closed) today?
Earlier this evening whilst elsewhere in the house when I heard an almighty crash from front of the property. This is what I found:
And here's the culprit
My neighbour saw most of what happened. Seems some young ******* decided to roll a car wheel 200m or so down a the road directly opposite theatre room. That it came through the window and trashed the blind is bad enough but had this happened a few hours later HID would very likely had been seriously injured. I know it's "what if?" but it makes one think.
So, I have the joyous task of dealing with insurance bods tomorrow. The police were informed but weren't interested citing "no malicous intent"

While this is a royal PITA, one has to admire what these young, oxygen thieving, waste of space, little ******* achieved. They managed to roll a 155/70 R13 complete with steel rim down a hill, straight and true, through a 4' x 5' window, deposit most of the glass where my g/f would sit then park the projectile just short of my 50" plasma. Takes skill, does that. On the other hand I could've done with a new Panny NeoPlasma... ah, well.

@jasey
I am left wondering what they would have differently if someone had been injured. Would it be still "no malicious intent"?

Tell the cops the wheel was in excess of 30mph and they'll be round like a shot
