Sounds like another Own-Goal to add to his large collection! He probably gave himself a niggling groin injury in the process as well.

If I was famous (or perhaps even young again 
) I would get a girl to sign that she is willing to sleep with me. Or carry a tape recorder to make sure there is no misunderstanding later on.
People get raped and it is a tragedy, but it is way too easy to cry rape with no protection of the accused.
