to be fair he looked as though he was checking his mirrors and driving quite well, however in that thread the last poster said he ran a stop sign?

wish my dad was that cool about me driving when I was 13, I used to have to put up with the meadows and the council car park lol.

My old school friend used to go out driving at night at that age in his father's lovely old Triumph Gloria. He used to wear a trilby hat and a pair of those glasses with a false moustache attached.

He is a very good driver too.

It happened all the time, when I were a lad! My mate used to wait until his dad went to work, then used to take his Saab 900 up onto the moors. He was also a great driver.

We (a mate and me) used to take his brothers works Bedford Rascal out of a night. It was from a Bike and Toy shop and had massive clowns stickered on the sides. There is now way the law would have pulled it, it was like the mystery Machine only more gay!
