Anyone on here live in UK Armed Forces Married Accomodation
As the above says, I was wondering what the conditions are like and approx costs?

Too long ago since I did that. You get an incoming and outgoing inspection and any damage is marked down and charged to you.
The rent was not too bad and you just had to take care of the place.

When I've visited brother in law at Colchester and Germany, they're good and alot cheaper then it would renting.
When I've worked at RAF bases they've always been good.

Depends on location. On the whole, not too bad. In Germany I had a German house, good pad all round with mahoosive cellar and attic.
If you look at some of the quarters in Bulford, I wouldn't stick a rabbit in them.
Costs depend on number of bedrooms and quality of accommodation. I had a 1 year old 3 bed semi in Aldershot(gleaming pad) and paid £120 a month for rent.
I can't imagine the aforementioned rabbit hutches in Bulford would cost the same.

Depends which service and where. My quarter at Brize Norton is big, a little scabby from the outside, but solid and not too bad at all. Other quarters here are a right mess and some are in the process of being bulldozed and new built in their place.
I had a quarter at Cosford when in training and it was amazing, attached garage, a year old, and really nice, but before that I had a maisonette in Bordon with the REME. That was a right sh1thole, and I was told when asking for another, 'youll have what your given'! Oh the days of being an LAC!

As others have said, depends where, when and which service.
Blandford was OK if a little run down. Episkopi (Cyprus), lovely semi with great views and garden, Hong Kong was a skanky flat, Herford (Germany) was a really lovely flat (off base), Mons (Belgium) again off base private flat which was pure luxury etc. etc.
It is a lottery.
