Hi Guys,

Im just after some simple rough ideas to the cost of fitting a new velux in my attic.

The attic is already fully converted with one velux window, but im just making plans to purchase and fully fit my own en'suite and thought putting another velux up there would be a nice additional feature as the views are superb, but as with most things im trying to do this on a budget.

Velux price fully fitted as I dont fancy getting on the roof myself.

PS do you need planning regs for the Velux?

What type of Velux window are you after. There are lots of different types.

Centre Pivot? Top Hung? Intergra (Electric and Solar powered)? Cabrio (Balcony)?

There are a few more.

Also, what size are you after? Do you want black out blinds?

Ive currently got a Central Pivot on the other side of the roof, so the same I suppose. Its around 4ft x 3ft.
