Why did Sato age and Cobb didn't? Both 'died' in stage 1?
Did the kick back to reality happen? If so, would Cobb have been arrested as he woke from the plane on US soil?
With the spinning top still spinning, I suspect they are all still asleep on the plane?
Good film, but too many unanswered questions and some of it just doesn't seem to make sense.

Don't know why one aged and one didn't - good point - probably because it wasn't Saito but Cobbs projection of Saito as an old man. Saito died in Stage 3. Cobb didn't come back from Limbo.
The kick happened for the others and they would have woken up after what to them felt like a week in Stage 1.
The spinning top suggested that Cobb was still in limbo. You see Saito make the call but the whole plane bit at the end was Cobb's limbo dream.
What you don't see is when Cobb finds the old Saito, Saito starts reaching for the gun. They would both need to kill each other in order to wake up.
What puzzled me was when the others woke up in reality on the plane why not just push Cobb and Saito over which would make them wake up. I assume that because in Limbo minutes can be decades by the time they finally wake up their minds will have been fried.
I also thought that when the others wake, why not play music to Cobb and Saito to warn them that a kick was coming and they would realise they were still dreaming - at least Cobb would know what the music meant. Again I guess its how long time in Limbo is compared to reality.
When Cobb and Moll are in Limbo they were there for 50 years but it looked liked they had only lied down for a few hours.

I'm a huge Chris Nolan and DiCaprio fan, I feel they are the best cinematographers and actors of their generation.
As I result I found Inception a bit of a let down. It wasn't as original as Memento, as eerie as Insomnia or as down right entertaining as The Dark Knight.
I will watch it again though at home, every now and again some films are better the second time around
