The US could crush North Korea without leaving home, its the knock on thats the problem, and though it would be satisfying to destroy the jumped up, posturing, uppity commies I think it would end very very badly.

N. Korea is a comedy nation. True throwback to the bad old days of rhetoric and propaganda. 1 rung above/below trade unions on the universal retard scale.
Only thing the septics have to be careful of is the sheer numbers of skinny soldiers. They are not fed well so maybe tempt them to defect with burgers?

Just absurd Commie posturing.
Would be more than glad to see both Iran & S Korea without nuclear weapons, but I doubt the US has the stomach for another land war post Afghanistan & Iraq.

With the recent history of Iraq and Afghanistan, I'm wondering how the US would really get on.
Initially it would have been said that it would be a breeze for the US in both these theatres, the reality has turned out to a long campaign and still no real end in sight.
Could the US afford to get involved with another major military campaign with North Korea too? Or would Obama just deliver a bucket of instant sunshine and be done with it?
Didn't the US already have a big bust up with Korea before Vietnam?

That would be a step forward.
Its amazing just how many stupid ideas get put into practice in NK. Lil Kim decided to show off his countries engineering skills by building a massive bridge / damn. THat worked out great, untill the land downstream of the damn no longer recieved regular flood waters and nutritional silt. Now vast swathes of once productive land is useless, and they are having a bigger national food problem than ever before!
Go, Go, KJ!

Although the Chinese will see the North Koreans as being a bit wayward, ultimately I don't see much doubt that they would back them up if it came to the crunch. Idon't think we want to see a US/China conflict (and the Chinese are getting stronger by the year).
