I tried getting UV tattoos in but most places refuse it as the "ink" isn't safe

So, tell me, why would someone with a tattoo want to look like a dick even in the dark!?

I think you will find that having the brain power to not have a tattoo is making a personal, and more powerful, statement on individuality.

Salutes those who cut their own furrow, rather than following others on a well worn poor track.

Don't worry Pete. People with tattoos don't care if you're not tattooed.

These will look great when you get to 50 years of age, NOT! ..... mark my words, you will regret them when you grow up.

I like the concept but the novelty thing would wear off eventually.

Still rather have a nice custom piece which means something

I agree with you there. I can't see it being something that will 'take off'.

I don't think you are following the crowd if you have your own custom work done. If you go and pick a stamp out of the book, then yes, it does looks bad.

I have heard the term 'tramp stamp' used by people a fair bit. And even the bloke at W inks said quite a few people, especially girls just pick one they both like out of a book, and both get it done.

I suppose if they are happy, they don't care what anyone else thinks.

Better to regret some thing you did do than some thing you didn't do.

I nearly never made it to 50 a few months ago and had a few thoughts on what i had and hadn't done, believe me having a few tats wasn't an issue.

I'm 44 this year and mine still look great.

A friend enquired about it once, something to do with a chance of cancer from the ink.

Yep ink is unsafe, bleeds a lot and is difficult to apply.
Taken from the mouths of a number of tattooists.

WHAT?

That's a weird take on it ...... I would rather regret nothing I have done!

I never, ever, look back and think "I'm glad I did that even though I regret doing it!"

I agree .. on your death bed it doesn't matter that you have tats or not.

The decades before that moment are the ones I am talking about ... the years of having to accept the stereotypical views of people. Yes, maybe you think it's blinkered and unreasonable - but, it's a fact .... those with tattoos are viewed to be at a much lower intellectual level than the average (I know it may not always be true, but it is how it is seen, like it or not).

You may think they look great ..... others may have a very difefrent opinion.
