Text the car reg to 83600. Obvioulsy I wouldn't expect anyone to text a number without checking first, but its all legit, see here: http://www.cartextcheck.com/

Its 3 quid, but I think mileage is extra.

i think its called my text check? google it & do it on your phone, i think its £3 for 2 messages saying abit about it.
I did it, but did not trust it tbh & wanted more info & someone to go through it to make it more official!!! & rang the official hpi people paid £24.99 got a 2 year guarantee against the car & the info they have saying its all good etc & i got 1 weeks free car insurance !!! worth paying for over the £3 imho

if scrapped
if written off

no mileage

£1.50 extra for a valuation check ...???
