Its all about the number 50.....
If the number is LESS than 50, you take that number as the year,
If the number is MORE that 50, you subtract 50 from the number and use that as the year
If the number is more than 50, you know it's a late or early registration.
If the number is less than 50 you know it was registed between March and August.
so....
15 - is year EARLIER release from 2015
65 - is the LATTER release from 2015 and up to the early release from the following year.
Wouldnt it be simpler if they used a normal calendar!!
