Baring the mental confusion which is a bit subjective
this should help you tell.
I think true sunstroke is pretty serious so make sure you monitor your symptoms

Drink plenty of fluids (sports drinks if you can as you need to replace the salt you will have lost, sweating), cool bath or shower and lie down in a cool place with as little clothing on as possible.
Sunstroke is a serious business, you need to look after your self

Dude the wurst thing i have ever had. I started to see things, ****ing, vomiting, shivering, no energy. Its just like being on a ******* roller coaster, that you just cant get off.
If you're on Scoobynet, you probably don't have heat stroke (which is where the body's natural mechanism to regulate heat gives up and you might die). You probably (if in doubt, go on nhs direct, www.nhs.uk) have heat exhaustion where you're very dehydrated and you're far too hot.
As previous posters said, plenty of fluids (diluted fruit juice is good for example) - NO ALCOHOL. Lie down somewhere cool and treat sunburn with a good afterburn gel and don't be so silly next time!

He'll just have to leave the babycham and creme de menthe alone for a couple of days, he is such a gheyer at the best of times, it is probably just a little bit of sunburn that in most cases people would just get on with what they are doing and stop whining like a biatch!
