It will take you through a setup program for the basics such as email etc its a good tutorial so don't ignore it if its your first bb. Pm sinky with your pin and he will add you to our blackberry messenger group. We can help you there without all the apple fanboys jumping in

Getting started is quite simple. Once you have it slightly customised to the way you use it, it will feel a lot better still.

Had mine a couple of weeks and loving it. No sky+ app yet on o2 which is a shame.

lol ok Blackberry 101

Press shift(up arrow) alt and H together, this will give you the status screen with the PIN, the software and the battery life, as well as some other info like IMEI

Once you have the PIN you can join the group, or just contact people one on one for info and help

Allan, what did you get? A 9700?
