Do non fault accidents bump up your Insurance?
My renewal has just came in £65 dearer than last year and thats taking into account an extra 1years NCB. Could this be due to an idiot hitting me last year?
My insurance quote for this year came in at £915 and as i'm ringing around I can't get below £1200, most companies are quoting me £1900 ffs!!!

lol, there can be huge jumps.
Other halfs has provisionally gone up £450 for next year, from £500 to £950, without any change of circumstance.
Thats based on the same insurer, there are cheaper options.

Its not that bad, my renewal came through earlier this year, it was £2500, i was 20 at the time, 21 now, and the renewal quote came in at, and i **** you not, £5860. I laughed.
Phoned the insurer, and the bloke said would i like to go ahead with that policy. I asked him to read out the monthly costs, then asked him if he thought i was stupid/mad.
Safe to say i did not renew with them
