Fish Tank - movie
Well worth watching if you like the style of This is England and Dead Man's Shoes.
Filmed with hand-helds, super realism, brilliant performance from Katie Jarvis who had never acted before.
The film captures the emotional wasteland in inner city developments and the destructive power of alcohol. Excellent film.

Definitely. SM's best to date IMO (Dead Man's Shoes a v close second). V dark humour, Paddy Considine is superb in it. Amazing dance sequence in it at the seaside, well worth it for that alone - can get clips of the dance on you tube
Get it, 'A Room for Romeo Brass'!

Agree that whilst This is England was good, it is not in same league as DMS or ARFRB. ARFRB has a Meadows cameo, Considine, Andy Shimm, Vicky McLure and Frank Harper.
