Getting rid of a scratch on watch face
#1
Hi,
I've noticed this morning that I've got a scratch on the face of my watch. Anyone got any ideas as to whether it's possible to polish it out and if it is what to use??

My Speedmaster gets a lot of scratches due to the 'glass' actually being plasticy plexiglass kind of stuff. I usually get the marks polished out every other month or so at a good jewellers (Michael Jones in Northampton) Sometimes they do if for nowt sometimes £5, guess it depends what kind of mood the assistants in!
I've never had any scratches on my other watches with Sapphire crystal glass though which is good.
