Leaders Debate - who came out best?
As title.
Personally, I think Clegg did very well.
Brown showed that he is clearly the most experienced.
Cameron, well - very disappointed - weak, wishy washy, wiped out by the other two IMO.

I doubt much will change before the end - Cameron is the biggest surprise, I thought he would have easily cruised it .... honestly, I did - he came across as the weakest link.
I know now why the Tories aren't where they should be, they should be way ahead in the polls .... they aren't - looks like a weak leader is the reason why .... such a shame.

What do we want as a Leader acting in the world on our behalf?
A meak, weak person who can be bullied?
OR
Someone who will bully for us?
I think it is plain and simple who we should have! The bully gets the job!

Everytime Clegg spoke you could see Cameron in the background with that "****, why didn't i think of that" look. Still, i cant stand Clegg so it's just aswell he will be nowhere to be seen come the real thing.

As it goes on Cameron looks weaker and weaker - I am honestly shocked, I thought he would have shot Brown down in bits .......... I did think he was much stronger and much more powerful.
We are doomed to more of the same, aren't we? The Tories cannot win

Cameron seems a relatively decent honest sort of bloke who can probably do the job.
Clegg made some good points.
Debate on the whole was sh*te imo No mention of the EU at all throughout. For example, how can they debate immigration without factoring in the EU - the enormous elephant in the room...???
It's rubbish.

Clegg is still winning for me. He is looking at the audience, replying to the person asking the question. Brown is looking anywhere but. Must be his one eye up the chimney and one eye on the pot.
Sorry Pete, Brown is living in land

where is the option on the poll for i wont be voting for any of these 3 so why watch.
The 3 main parties have nothing new to offer its about time they actually came up with so effective policies then people might want to vote again

Erm, is it only me that thinks all Clegg is capeable of is deriding the other parties?
If he can utter one retort without referring to another party's policy or reply then he would get my vote, but thus far he's doing just what Labour did in the 90's (i.e blame it on another party).
Shame really as he probably could speak alot of sense, just his priorities lie with undermining the other parties rather than pushing forward his own opinions.

clegg has looked good, but so would anyone who had no chance of winning and can offer the world to the poor. cameron did not look weak to me and i can never tell if mr lewis is actually tony blair or just trying to get a rise out of everyone each time he posts. brown is still the biggest **** around, everytime he opens his mouth it is like listening to the old drunken man that rambles on each time you go down the pub, talks **** and shouts like a little child each time he doesn't get his own way.
on this episode i'm swayed by the tories but am interested in the lib dems, don't think labour will even enter my head after the performance from the so called great leader.

Clegg won that for me. Spoke a lot of sense, and seemed to have a good grasp of what needs to be done.
Cameron second. Seemed to be eager to get us out of the mess without too much heartache to the taxpayer.
Brown, waste of space. Came across as exactly what he is, detestable and utterly useless. Browns reply to the soldier was a disgrace and a pack of lies.
My vote will not be spoilt, I just have to decide between Clegg and Cameron. Brown is not an option.

Could only watch the so-called debate on the first question. The immigration one. No substance to any of the answers and all 3 acted as expected. Clegg and CMD more photogenic but devoid of substance and Flash full of tractor statistics about Liebor's so-called record on 'net inward migration' (see http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk...s-1931933.html ) and trying to interrupt the other two all the time. Which was against the rules of the debate as far as I was aware.
Had to turn over to DIY SOS at that point! But none of what I saw made me want to vote for any of them. So I won't .....

Trouble that we have is that, after 13 years, lots of new voters can now vote .... without ever experiencing the horrors of a Tory Government - so, we may have to experience one again for the newcomers to learn never to vote Tory again
Anyone over about 35 could never vote Tory .... not unless they had lost their memories/lost their marbles - it simply couldn't happen. It's the kiddies vote we need worry about!
