Cameron too posh to be PM?
What does it mean when people keep saying Cameron is too posh to be PM? Or even more ridiculous statements like 'how can somebody like Cameron understand what its like to be a single mother'
How does any man know what its like to be a single mother??
Does that mean only a single mother can understand one, only a black person can understand their perspective, an OAP their plight etc etc.
If you followed that logic through there could be no PM!
And why does a privileged education seem to be seen as a hindrance by some? Gandhi was educated at Oxbridge and then led one of the poorest countries in the world.

I'm sure most people can see through this nonsense.
Like the Tories or not (and I'm no natural supporter of theirs) Cameron is head and shoulders ahead of Brown and Clegg in terms of leadership qualities IMO.

When you look at the upbringing of Blair and Brown and many other high ranking politicians, one wonders what the fuss is about. Strange how Blair never spoke with a local Glaswegian dialect - must have been the boarding school he was sent to.
Arguably, Cameron does speak a localish dialect (Newbury) most toffs in that locality do speak like that. And he makes no point of trying to hide his upbringing; which is not too different to Blair's (boarding schools, Oxfordian edcuational institutes etc), barring the distiguished ancestory.
Fact is, in his educational position he could have gone into other lines of work that would have paid far far more than any politician or PM could muster on their expenses account...yet this is his field of choice. IMO that makes him equally as worthy as any ladder-climbing career politician.
Brown's background is actually fairly humble in comparison, but still of higher standing to the average yokel; He had parents that were from a upperclass/authoritarian background (which can be termed as elitist), and was taught outside of mainstream classes in school ('cos 'e woz cleva? or coz of 'is parents? ). That's not a socialist's background if you ask me IMO.

Eton provides a terrific education although it can turn out some rather patronising toffs.
One could argue that Cameron has np proper experience in the "real" world, as a few years in the media business doesn't provide that IMHO. And I think he tries to embrace every part of society far too much instead of saying what he really feels - remember the "hug a hoodie" farce?
But he will get his party in with an overall majority and has some sound people to support him although I feel there is still a question mark over Osborne.
He'll be fine as PM

It's all part of this stupid class warfare agenda being whipped up by Labour spin-doctors.
I'm sure most people can see through this nonsense.
