Along with many other things, excellent news, but lets see how they work around it.

Im shocked at how strict the new rules are, just being read out now
Gardening out, second homes out, rented 1 bed flat will be covered and so on.

They are doing better than anyone else at that Snazy. Perhaps they will come out on strike!

I'll believe a) that the new rules will become law, and b) that they will adhere to them, WHEN I SEE IT, and NOT before.
