Nice one So many of the F1 drivers are characterless. At least he is still having fun I'm sure he can afford the fine, and a spare car if for some reason he cannot get his back

The Aussie police are just as miserable as ours. So much for Loeb driving to the Rally finish a year back on three wheels in Argentina.

When I read the thread title 'spinning wheels', I for some reason interpreted that as 'spinners' - you know those wheels that keep spinning when you've stopped. Usually 22" or something ridiculous, and fitted to a gangsta style RR Sport.

He would have been arrested for bad taste if that had been the case.

We soon learned that Aussie coppers and customs officers have no sense of humour at all. They seemed to think by numbers and the best thing was to avoid them and certainly not to upset them. Definitely no room for common sense there!
