Ahhh man - I love Sundays, especially ones like today where the weather is fine. Sunday is the one day in the week Mrs Terror gets me all to herself as I work fairly long hours during the week, and Saturday is usually taken up with chores, cars or DIY.
Get up late - around 0930
Head to our local coffee shop for breakfast
pretty much loiter around there making idle chit chat and browsing the papers until about 12.
Take a drive and a walk, or sometimes just walk or cycle along the coast.
Spend the late afternoon at home, either reading, listening to music, or catching up on sky plussed telly.
Just a real laid back relaxing day.
Now Mondays - that's a whole other story, really dont like those!!!!!

Hi Hun. I always get took for a bloke on here. I think folks just assume it will be so
I've done a finances overhall today and got rid of some shrapnel that was hanging about in the bank accounts. Found an insurance policy for an old mortgage. That's been cancelled now
I've had a lovely long walk with my Son and the dog. It's lovely out. I then had the joy of shovelling up the dog $hit in the back garden
Looking forward to a nice glass of wine or three tonight and a good film.

Got up - played with kids.
Went to Leeds and had a wander, Pizza Express for lunch which the kids love.
Back for a deserved nap and then playing in the garden and taking the dog for a walk.
Now they are eating tomato soup and english muffins for their tea whilst watching CBeebies. Gives me five minutes on SN and FB!

Went down to Kynance Cove but the cafe was shut. Crackin' weather though. So off to the Lizard for a cream tea at the cafe there. My 5 year old had the largest bacon sarnie I've ever seen. Shut him up about being hungry though!
Only downer was that it was one of those days where every old fogie was out on the roads. Some of them looked dead at the wheel. Which, from their speed on the road, would not have surprised me ....

I've been on my own all day and have spent most of it lying on the sofa and gazing out of the windows at the ships moving up and down on the river. I had a brief nap after exhausting myself by making a cup of tea then did a bit of nosey neighbouring through my telescope
Oh and I watched a bit of the WRC on the telly
All in all a pretty blissful Sunday doing absolutely nothing except watching the world go by

Only boring people get bored ! How can people who w*rk Mon-Fri (+ sat ?) be bored with just one day to do whatever they want to do Lack of imagination and initiative methinks
I w*rk nights every weekend, so the usual for me today, sleep Shame, as it was a lovely day. If it stays bright then my weekend which runs from Monday morning to Friday afternoon shall see me taking the lad to the park, going to the Dales for some fresh air and a good stomp, maybe a trip to the Trafford Centre, (savagely) cut back the neighbours trees overhanging my garden, and maybe make a start on my decking. Oh, and the cars are due their spring fettle (wash, clay, wax, full service).
There's nothing wrong with finding something boring, but do something about it rather than get bored.

Well stayed over with my parents this weekend, got up late today, took my mums dogs for a quick walk & some fresh air.
Took my mum to lunch as she is away for motherdays. Quick drive back on the motorway, washed the car & watched the rally.
Getting clothes etc ready for work now.

Sunday is always a driving day if I am not away somewhere. Have enough of being crammed on the tube all week so getting out in the car is always a must.
Normally followed by sorting out all the washing and other bits around the flat.

A normal Sunday is have a lie in, once up, have a cup of tea then get ready and do the weekly shop. Then back home and relax. He has some well earned playstation time and I just relax watching some crap on the TV usaully resulting in having an afternoon nap. If we need to do anything else it's done on a Sunday as it's the only day off we have together.
It might sound boring, but after a busy week at work, it's nice just to relax.
In the summer, I usually venture outside more and work in the garden or wash the car etc. I like to get outdoors but get bored just sitting, plus I feel like too much of a target for wasps/bees and the likes.

Well, yesterday was first meet of the MX season for us, so up early to watch Dave and friends race. Didn't turn out too well as he fell off in the second race and hurt his neck. This was our prime concern, until we saw the size of his knee. So he spent the rest of his afternoon up the hospital whilst I waited at home.
Must say that the blokes we go with are spot on and helped me out as I can't drive at the moment with my broken wrist.
Before all this happened, I did think about how Sundays are great hobby days. People are getting up early all over the country to do things that they enjoy doing. Even though it was freezing yesterday, it was lovely and sunny and you could see all the hobbyists emerging from their winter hibernation. It was ace

Sundays are either chilled or busy depending if we have the boys or not.
Without them we usually have a relaxed start to the day, though I am always up at 6-30 or 7 regardless of the day
If it is nice out, then I usually wash the cars (my job instead of ironing ) and tidy up the garage and then play a bit on the PS3, spot of lunch, the sainsbury shop and then relax in the evening.
with them - well it is football every sunday so have to trek around the countryside , homework, fighting with them in the garden or inside and then try and fit in the rest of the stuff before slumping on the couch.
Having kids means the weekends just go !!!
