Holiday Inn QA #FAIL

I was having an (expensive) breakfast in a Holiday Inn hotel yesterday, and happened to notice the poster below:

Upon closer inspection, I noticed unforgivable spelling and grammar errors in the text below the photograph.

What the hell happened to QA?????

Holiday inn wont give you F-all for free. I used to deliver linen to a load of their **** houses and when i asked them for some boiling water for my flask they told me in a nice way to F-off!!!! Now when i was collecting the soild stuff from their shed that had crap decking and stood on a nail!! It all changed surprise surprise!!!!
