Default A school has been criticised for banning Valentine cards to save pupils feelings

BBC News - Ban on Valentine's Day cards at school

This could be straight out of a Monty Python sketch, sadly not though

Its crazy, you know before all this PC **** people turned out better balanced than they do now.
This thing about not having competitive sports as they dont want the kids to feel a loser. Well its good training as life is competitive so they may as well get used to it.

We were discussing this at work today. It is ludicrous. If I was one of the parents with kids at that school, I would completely ignore the Head, who needs a bloody good slap.

It's a tough old world out there and the sooner kids learn that, the better.

Load of crap talking about how many valentines cards we got when we were at school, was like talking about how many pancakes we had eaten..A good game of kiss chase followed by British Bull Dog was a playtime favorite....

Jesus, are schools to be denied the sight of the most "Popular" girl in school walking round full of her own **** clutching a valentines card the size of decent billboard, you know her, skirt shorter than her knickers, chest thrust out, always chewing gum, smelt of ****, Dewberry perfume and spunk always looked skanky, a bit grubby, but you would..... and many already had. Usually called Lynne or Gayle, now has one child for every year since becoming fertile, all by different blokes.

No it's not the teachers, it's a nobody that dislikes education that's the problem.

Yet another PC Plonking fail!

How do these prats minds work I wonder? we will get special instructions soon on how to safely walk along the road without suffering any kind of inferiority trauma!

They must do it to demonstrate their power when I come to think about it!

What's next? Not sending your children to school for fear of scraping their knee? FFS! Where do they find these people?

I seem to remember that not so long ago a school stopped pupils handing out birthday party invites to the children in case it hurt the feelings of the children not invited.

It may even have been my own daughters school but its late and I've basically switched off for the night
