You would not believe how many people fall for this

We were used to "legitimise" a lottery scam and we regularly got contacted (& still do) about this from would be happy winners. We have had people write emails, letters, ring up and indeed turn up expecting to "win". We have also had cheques and one time, cash. One person contacted us saying "I sent you the initial courier amount, I've paid the fuel surcharge, the terrorism fee, now you are asking for a special handling fee..."
