Arrgghhh they did my head in, I popped into the Canary Wharf store today, and i actually got so frustrated that I walked out of the store, as the so called 'adviser' wasn't able to answer half of my questions.

Popped into Lakeside on the way home, and they were far more helpful, although I still dont have a clue what phone I want.

You would have thought that somewhere like Canary Wharf being full of Bankers etc they would have at least made sure the staff knew the basic tarrif info!
