It's Christmas morning, up to our ears in wrapping paper. Had to wake up the kids! Presents opened and the turkey is sizzling in a very hot oven for an hour before the slow roast for the rest of the morning.

Giblets broiled, goose fat at the ready.

All is good with the world.
