My nextdoor neighbour
my nextdoor neighbour is this lazy old bar steward who doesnt have a job and only leaves the house when he needs something or the internet breaks. proper miserable old **** well anyway start of the year it was quite windy and his roof is focked, gobbo falling out left right and centre...one morning i woke up to this on my BMW!
The offending gobbo off his roof!
Turned out he never intended on getting it fixed and i couldnt claim on his house insurance or anything, and the bmw at the time wasny insured...
Anyway. been sheet weather here last coupla days...woke up this morning and a piece of cement about 10 times the size of the above offending item has landed smack bang in the middle of his audi a3's bonnet, so i have one thing to say to my nextdoor neighbour....

If its much bigger I would speak to someone if there is any way to force him to get it fixed.
Wouldn't fancy that hitting you on the bonce! No doubt the police can do F all until your lying on the floor with a hole in your head.

Just "fell off his roof" did it??
If he had buildings insurance I am very sure you could have claimed through his thrid party liability cover.
Sounds like thats been and gone anyway. Worth checking it out though if anything like this happens again.
