Competent Photoshop Person Needed

Hi All

I need a pretty decent photoshop person, who has a bit of time free, and can help me putting a face on a photo.... it is not a joke picture so needs to look realistic....

If anyone doesnt mind helping them please let me know.

i've done a bit on fireworks which is a similar program to photoshop..
