I haven't really tried searching properly as I'm sure I'll get a faster response here

If you have emails coming to your phone can you somehow have them start/stop at specific times?

Makes you a wee bit too easy to get hold of i've found.

Anyone got a sensible answer with regards to disabling emails at certain times?

You can manually switch off receiving emails, but I haven't found a way to do it automatically by time.

Nope - seems not
On mine (curve 8900) it stops the email coming through, and then when you exist bedside mode all emails appear in one chunk.
