Frustration buying cars on ebay
I've been looking at buying an MR2 newshape) now for about three weeks. I've been using the usual sites but mainly Ebay. Can someone tell me why the majority of car owners when selling either start the bidding off, or have a buyitnow, at a sum in excess of the cars value?
The cars I've seen seem to be relisted quite a few times after receiving no bids each time, as obviously nobody is buying stupidly priced cars.
I'm not exactly a newcomer to ebay as I've bought and sold quite a few cars on there, but this has always puzzled me.

Bought one in March and sold it in July. I like convertibles out of season and 'normal' cars with proper aircon in summer.
