Well I am the resident watch bore....
Have a read through this to see what he thinks about his RailMaster and why he bought it, I disagree with most of his points....other than a valid one about people who wear watches on the right wrist.

I used to wear my watch on the right wrist. Though only while at work as I am left handed and liked to keep my watches as scratch free as possible even my cheapo daily wearers.

Mostly, though, I cannot wear any of these watches because I am an Omega man. I have worn a Seamaster for years, not because James Bond has one and not because Neil Armstrong wore something by the same maker on the moon but because on the day I went away to school my parents gave me a Genève Dynamic.
But Neil Armstrong's every day watch was a Rolex which he wanted to wear on that famous flight. But Nasa had a deal going on with Omega.
Think that's right Yoza?

Armstrong did own the Rolex brand, but I dont know about wanting to take one to the moon.
Omega made the moon watch especially for the conditions, no glass in face (plastic) and manual wind as an auto would not work in 0 gravity.
The bit I always think about is, would I get my 'Snoopy' money back if it was proven they never went?

What a shop that was, how much ££££ in one shop window, I would have stood there looking until it went dark.
Excellent find.
