Default The clock's wrong!!
I posted at 7:48 this morning and on the post it states

Today 06:48
So now that Snet lives in America it would seem the clocks have gone back twice now!

I think it was the clock which was retarded.

Seems ok here (10:56am)

Check your settings in User CP-->Edit Options-->Date and Time Options

Make sure the time zone is set to GMT, and DST (daylight saving) is set to automatic.

It was not my settings - it was fixed at around 9am. I guess the Yanks must have updated the server time.
