have you seen in the loop?
credit really to Armando Iannucci - hardly ever puts a comedy foot wrong (apart from some early stand up gigs at the fringe)

I have just bought it on DVD.
Strangely I have seem him a few times at the Fringe when he was starting out and he didn't work for me at all.
This is comedic genius (easy target mind you to lampoon Whitehall).
This is the modern equivalent of Yes Minister - amazing how times have changed.
