Whats the best £10 per month mobile phone deal, need one for the Mrs.
I`m after the best deal i can get on a mobile phone for the Mrs, ideally around £10 a month with as many minutes and texts as possible with a decent phone.
Ive had a look on the net but i`m not clued up in this area, i don`t know which phones in that price range are good and which aint and which providers are good.
Which providers are good, who should the Mrs stay clear of ?
She may push to £15 a month for a very good deal.
What can you recommend ?

The only prob with a SIM is she doesn`t have a phone at the min, that would mean she would have to buy one. Ideally a good package for around £10 - £15 a month that includes a decent phone and has as many anytime free minutes as possible and texts.

Vodafone are doing 100mins/500texts with a Nokia 6303 or Sony Ericsson C510 for a tenner a month for 24months. Not too bad imo, would go for the SE c510 myself, its a rock solid phone.

My lad has a Virgin £10 per month deal but he usually goes way past the limit. He then bust the phone!!
But for some reason he had a £60 credit and sent him a new phone. No idea what it is but seems fine with decent screen/camera etc. That also suggested a £15 per month deal giving 600 mins and unlimited texts. Looks good to me. Are you into Skype??
But folk on here seem anti-Virgin for some reason??

Sony is probably a better spec phone when alls said and done.
Havent got the link to it now, but just click "phones by network" "vodafone" then scroll down the page until you see either the nokia or sony.
Just looking for a new phone myself and cant see any better deal than that anywhere else.
£80 cashback with the sony too.

Do you know if that deal is 300 minutes anytime or 300 mins after a certain time, its hard to see where it says clearly ?
These prices for calls seem quite expensive on that deal.
Call Charges per minute/message
UK National, local and other Vodafone numbers 20p
Other UK mobile networks 35p
UK Voicemail 12p
Text Messages 20p
Picture Messages 12p
Video Messages 60p
Data Usage (25MB daily limit) 50p
Minimum call charge 15

I would be anytime. If you think you'll need more minutes i'd look at something else. Theres nothing worse than not having enough minutes on your tariff and just ends up being false economy. I dont use my phone much to ring people so 300mins is more than enough for me. About 10mins everyday.

Do you think it will be 300 mins cross network or will that be restricted to other Vodafone mobiles and landlines, she wouldn`t use more than 300 mins a month, she wouldn`t need to call those lengthy sex chat lines that take up your minutes as she has all that any girl wish for in me

Do you think its better to take the £80 caschback or the free 13 months ? What exactly is the 13 months free, how does it work etc ?
These are the options.
......13 months FREE
or £80 Auto Cashback
or Free Nintendo Wii Fit
or Free Jawbone Headset
or Free Sony DAB Radio

complicated one this really, depends on which network has the best coverage in the area that you live and are going to be in and around whilst making the calls, my missus has a phone on the 3 network and the reception tbh is sh1te. nothing worse than if you really need to make an important call quickly

Any discounted line rental quoted, for example "12 Months Half Price" or "8 Months £1.99 Line Rental" is a redemption offer where Mobiles.co.uk will refund you the difference at set points throughout your contract: Mobiles.co.uk have no way to apply discounts directly on to your monthly bill as only the networks have access to bills. We ask for a copy of your bill simply to prove that you are still paying for the contract, as we could not operate a business where we refunded line rental that was not paid in the first place.

Automatic cashback is a promotion from Mobiles.co.uk, where payment is automatically processed 21 days following the delivery of your phone, which allows time for any phone returns. Payment will be a cheque sent directly from our parent company The Carphone Warehouse. Receipt of the cheque will typically be eight days to allow for cheque processing, printing and postage time.

Have you tried 2 bake bean tins and some string ? Its a doddle to do and its cheap, you can`t text yet but its great for when you want to be home late as you just tell your other half that the line is breaking up, literally.
