Its becoming rather annoying

...That re turn tune your TV message that seems to appear time and again even when you press that yellow button. Its nice to know in advance, but this getting really annoying now.

mines been scrambled for days all the channels are all over the place but since i have reset i have found extra channels - bonus

my sky hd channels are where they have always been. do you poor, pauperish people have to retune your freeview boxes? how mundane and so last year.
