And what is the point?
Most companies are quite clever on this. My main clients chairman has two very subtly different email addresses. One is his and one just goes to an army of PAs.

Funnily enough i emailed the CEO of Orange a while back as i was having problems with them, a PA responded and sorted out the problems and a new phone - that's the point really, sometimes it works.
I would rather deal with a PA who takes ownership than a call centre spud who takes 100 or so call like this a day
Perhaps you should try to keep a more open mind

Nice one - If my imminent flight to San Fran with Virgin is as bad as the last flight to NYC I WILL drop a line to the Richard Branson address (although I doubt he'll be the first to view it)
