That sounds fab!!!

The Chinese takeaway is the treat, but I guess I use to have a lot of it when my dad had a restaurant, but as he's retired, I struggle to find one good enough!!!

For work it always seems to an Indian resturant for entertaining clients or team building!

It was the only place open when we had finished on the door..

Think it was called Aktars...??? Think it was either next door,or but one to the Mess house.

OT a bit,but whats Oldham like for a night out now..Havent been there for 15 yrs or so !!

I assume you didn't watch panorama the other week? Apparently Yorkshire at is the most dangerous postcode in the uk for serIous assaults! I'm 36 and I avoid oldham, Ive grown out of it. Where did you work the doors?

Sinapore special fried noodles from the takeaway across the road from the Monks Brook Pub, Chandlers Ford. Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near anymore.

Thats it..Was a good place that!!

Used to work at Yates,Grapes and Harry's bar from time to time..

I also used to work in Oldham as a technician..

Ah.....Dont think i will be going back to visit my youth if its really that bad..

Was a good night out years back..

That's tough luck We have THREE chippies all worth a visit, plus two more for the pies and stuff and a fish restaurant. Mind, we are only half an hour from Grimsby docks.
