If you are training for muscle gain then 45mins to an hour is spot on, but if you are trying to lose weight then I would say a bit longer would be beneficial.

Like i said, 1.25 is just right given the cardio/weights split you're doing.

I take at least 15mins putting on my leotard then 30 mins to warm up in the mirrors, and pull some faces and stuff....Hmmmphff...errrraghh....eaqphssss...urrga rpsss....hmmpar..raaarrrrrgh

Once Ive got everybodies attention, I head for the ladies pink/chrome dumbell set, pull up my legwarmers and pump some serious steel.

If I really want to show off I use that elastic band with a triangle at each end, and do some deltoid lateral lifts, you need to be professional with this piece of machinery though, if it slips from under you foot you get it in the knackers...

I like at the moment listening to music during my workout, I dont do the iPod earphones though, I like the oldfashioned heavy earmuff style...oldskool, I currenty train to Fame, on loop.

Anyway go to go, dont want to get too big now...

Yoza, do you think anybody has the first clue what point you're trying to make?

Would not have thought that would hurt to be honest mate, sure the body will absorb it perfectly well.
