Default The fake watch advert on this site

It's disappeared, was over on the right, this is the link;

Lowest price $49, Buy Luxury Watches as a gift, Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Breitling, Tag Heuer - NewShopping2U.com

Fake watches, all with sweeping hands, Rolex Submariner $69

Breitling Navitimer, $49

Omega Planet Oceans from $75

Not waterproof, but everything else is virtually the same (so the site states, inc feel weight etc).

How do they do that then? Can I assume they are not COSC certified and will lose/gain 4 hours a day?

Honestly though, I have Omega and Rolex, so could I buy a fake one and keep my real ones under wraps?

So far as I am concerned, it shouldnt be advertised here, as it is breaking the law.

I fancy a Tag Monaco but I'll never have £1600 for one. Tempted to take a gamble and see what they're like

Take my advice....Dont.

Any rep less than $300 is in the bin, just throw $69 in the bin right now, see how it feels.

That was my thought and I cannot see how they can even sell them let alone advertise. Seems very strange to me.

Because the site is no longer owned / run by Simon, but by Americans it falls under US legislation, i think you,ll find.

There will be some law allowing it...

after all there's lots of stuff that's supposedly illegal that you can own

legitimately, but can't buy or sell etc lol

So a fake Rolex Sea Dweller, with automatic movement, $79, shipping is $11.

That's $84 all in, £50 !!!

That's mad.

I doubt it. Fake goods are illegal in the US just as they are here.

I wont list all the faults as Im bored of it, but the biggest fault here is that the replica houses have not been able to find a movement that clusters the 3 chrono faces close enough together.....it is a 50 yard spot.

Look at the first photo and the chronos are tightly grouped, look at the fake shots and the chrono's have moved position....bad, really bad.

Due to several PM's...

PO means Planet Ocean the watch model.

Chrono's are the three subdials inside the main face of the watch.

After mooching about I have found that 7 of the 10 replica sites I have visited use real watches and real images from original catalogues for their adverts, so you wont get what you see. All the poor sites are the ones popping up on these threads.

One of the sites I visited was amazing, and the photos were of the watches they sold, and they were as good as Ive seen.

I wish Nat was about as he knew more than me when it came to replicas.

For what reason though? Even if they don't look close to the original surely they still tell the time?
I was about to take a punt with a couple of mates to get free shipping.........
I know the pics on the site are of the real thing so in effect I can't see exactly what I'm getting, but how bad can they be?
What exactly will go wrong with them?

Thanks for any help

Which site was that Yoza? I'm now getting more interested in learning about the difference between good and bad fakes

Timeshop dont use real images of the genuine article, they show the photos of the replicas (at least on the watches I have seen on there)

they seem to have a reasonable reputation too

as do PureTime Watches International: The Most Professional Replica Watches Shop

Although im sure Yoza will correct me if I am wrong about either of the above sites

Classic elegance personified J4cko. Although it doesn't float my boat as I am into the big n chunky style.

Some fake watches are okay. I bought a Rolex that doesn't exist: Very thin and black that just had the Rolex symbol on the face for £10 in a market in Thailand and it still works 12 years later.

Cool, I salute you Sir, can't wait for the next update, and really hoping it's not along the lines of "OMG, these watches are ****!"

Also yoza..........Here is a genuine Monaco pic:

And here is a pic from allofwatches.com..........

There is hardly any difference in the pics at all. The fake site has a white date backgroud instead of black...........

My question is..........are allofwatches.com using a genuine picture? Or is it definitely their fake version??

The fame Monaco looks pretty fake to me. I am sure it will fool people down the pub, I only notice things because I had time to look at the two pictures for a few minutes.

Its worth remembering that you can get a genuine Tag F1 on the high street for under £700, I Know its a lot of money but you have the genuine article that you can keep for years.
Plus the F1 is a really tasty looking watch.
