Gordon Brown: I'm proud to say sorry to a real war hero
Read and weep at McCavity's latest attempt to jump on a bandwagon and win the pink vote as it blows up in his stupid fat face.
The idiot was daft enough to write an 'apology' for the post war treatment of Alan Turing and then publish it in the Daily Telegraph were it allows readers to comment.
Take some time to have a good read through some of the replies. There are some really choice responses. A quality read, start at the bottom and work up
I almost cried laughing. Get in quick though, as I'm sure Downing Street will demand it's removal soon enough.

A small taster from one single reply....
Obviously unknown to you and your coteries of unscrupulous thugs, the electorate now welcome your next project with glee.
Simply awaiting its inevitable non-materialisation.
For you have debased yourself to a figure of scorn, contempt and laughter.
You have in fact come to be seen as a clown, but a highly dangerous clown, disporting himself with explosives.
And of course with the money that is filched by a variety of dishonest and disreputable means from the taxpayers' purse.
None but your family repsect you, Mr Brown.
None, not even the placemen, hucksters and snake oil salsemen who share your green benches, have any faith in you.
Your people trust you not one inch, for YOU have destroyed the pathetic tatters of such misguided respect as you once enjoyed.
You government, Mr Brown is not only inept, ridiculous and tyrannical, but it is a criminal one.
I have been a confirmed atheist since my teens, but I am more of a Christian than you will ever be, Mr Brown.
While my own guiding principle is " Love thy neighbour as thyself" yours seems to have been transmuted to, " Love thy neighbours' money as thyself."
My conviction that one should "live and let live", you have perverted to, " spy upon your neighbour."
As for " Covet not thy neighbour's goods", need one say more.
One marvels at your temerity in laying claim to ANY Christian virtues ; at purporting to uphold even secular social values.
It is a bizarre moral compass that becomes a wrecking ball in your hands ; an implement for the wilful and relentless destruction of a whole society.
It is also a measure of your sheer dementedness, and cosmic arrogance.
For you clearly believe that the voters' money is not theirs, but yours,to squander as you will upon one Munchausian project after another.
By your every fatuous and manifestly unworkable 'initiative' that you dream up, and then fails as it inevitably must, you affordample illustration of your total unfittedness for your high office.
Leave aside the Ecclestones, the Hindujas and the Mittals, where little hard proof of corruption was to be had.
What one refers to here, Mr Brown, is not Tory sleaze ; is not a few quid in a brown envelope.
It is, rather, a long-standing, sedulously plotted, and strenuously concealed campaign of theft of public money.
Those who committed actually criminal acts are but the tip of the iceberg ; but clearly the cover-up campaign continues unabated, for we have yet to witness any of these fraudsters led ashen-faced down the famous steps of the Old Bailey.
Under legislation that you yourself nodded through Parliament, without so much as a whimper of protest from your lackeys, many MPs of all parties are criminals.
For you passed a law that makes it a criminal offence for any who know of -- or even suspect! -- wrongdoing in another failing to report it to HMRC.
Hence, all who did know of corruption among their fellow MPs -- or even -- as YOUR law says, suspects it -- is a criminal.
You were either aware of corruption bing committed, and did nothing about it : hich makes you a criminal ; or you did not know ; which damns you as a complete incompetent.
But there, perhaps in your Christian tolerance of others, you preferred not to think ill of them.
A novel legal precept this, that you might well pass on to HMRC to be applied to those " ordinary, decent, hardworking people" whose welfare is so dear to your ... your heart, Mr Brown.
After all, you do have a strong moral compass, don't you?
What then of your truly pathetic attempt to mollify public opinion by the hasty setting up of ... yes, yes, yet another Committee.
Asthis Parliamentary Committe is dedicated to a) uncovering wrongdoing among MPs, and b) carrying out a root-and-branch reform of MPs expenses.
A laudable aim, indeed!
Perhaps then, Mr. Brown, you might take a little time from your arduous mission to save both the world and the planet, to explain why you have allotted a derisory sum of money, and severely restricted the time for deliberation of this Committee?
I am not so naive as to await a reply from you, Sir.
Are we to expect it to have performed its task by November, and to produce any worthwhile results, in such haste and poverty?
Had you had the honour to stand for election as PM, then perhaps a few of your more
minor mishaps might be forgiven you.
But parachuted into number 10 as you were destroys completely any mandate to govern that you claim .
Rather it has become for you a licence to become some sort of latterday Lord of Misrule.
One might ransack the annals of history, and fail to discover any Prime Minister who has wrought such havoc and crime ; such poverty and squalor ; such despicable bullying, and such an all pervading atmosphere of hopeless despair in the people as you have contrived, Mr Brown.
In short, Mr Brown, you are, quite justly, hated, despised, scorned, reviled, and have reduced you people to a fervent hope in your permanent disappearance.

The natives are definitely getting restless. There's a whiff of revolution in the air.
Bring forth the Guillotine
So, Big Bad Brown Brother is watching us, is he?
No surprise in that, Mr Brown ; after all, you have taken the sinister, surreptitious surveillance of your subjects to an art form.
Big Brother would be proud of you, Mr. Brown, for having been his puil, Lo! you are become his tutor!
I have long suspected that your minions ; being little suited to any other occupation ( far less an honest one )
monitor these threads with all the assiduity and the perseverance that their master has shown in picking the taxpayers' pockets.
Oh yes, one can readily imagine that in their censoring of this, our DT Democracy Wall upon which you so graciously permit us to scribble our lumpen thoughts, they will outdo the efforts of the minions of Chairman Mao.
And who says that you have achieved nothing?
To outdo both George Orwell and Chairman Mao in one's surveilance skills is no mean feat!
We assume all our details are carefully noted, so that when the EU Gestapo come for us, our suitcases will be packed and ready ; lacking only the address of the incarceration camp to which we are bound.
And we a fully aware that, thanks to you, Mr Brown, if such a ... a country? as Bulgaria or later, perhaps Turkey, require our presence in some court or other, then off we shall go.
For we are well aware, Mr Brown, that it was YOU who pressed the EU to hasten the AEW ( European Arrest Warrant ) under which no EU citizen has any right of appeal against deportation.
Oh, how sad ; how unjust was the case of Allan Turing, you tell us.
YOU, who have been fully complicit, if not the actual prime mover, in removing one by one, EVERY democratic right of your hapless subjects!
That you even dare to write as you do is an unmistakable indication of a) your total arrogance, and b) the thickness of your skin ; which must indeed rival that of any pachyderm.
Justice, Mr Brown? Justice?
You know not of Justice, Mr Brown ; to you it is an alien concept, for your sole raison d'etre is the amassing of power.
Apres moi la deluge!

I very much doubt whether repeatedly making nasty comments about Brown on an Internet forum will have you lining up next to Che Guevara in the list of top ten all time revolutionaries

Revolution? Don't make me laugh. A bunch of comments on a web page is not quite akin to the people rising up as one and seizing control of the state is it?

Like you if all they can do is post on an Internet forum I hardly think Brown need worry about a people's army ousting him from power.
Now if your point is that the comments made lead you to believe Brown will be voted out next time then a) we already know that and b) that is called an election not a revolution.
Serious question. Does posting threads like this make you feel better or something?

Caught some of the "Live at the Appollo" last night and there was a comedian describing Brown as "A boring face drawn on a *******".

Sh*t Brown is finished. He has been a disater as PM, just as he was an undercover disater as chancellor. Most of the problems this country now has, can be firmly laid at HIS door. Never mind world recession, the reasons the UK are struggling with it so much are his doing. We, alone in the EC, opened our doors to immigrant labour when we didn't really need them. (Only sweden and Ireland did the same, and they DID need the labour). THIS government allows petrol prices to continue to rise when the price of crude is well down, fully knowing that the higher the price, the more VAT they can cream. Then they applaud when the big oil companies post record profits year on year And then hold their hands out for the taxes from that too.
But this time, there's no money to buy off the electorate. No amount of wriggling will get him off this hook. The people WILL remember the taxes, the hidden taxes, the erosion of our freedoms, the support of bankers who then used the money to pay themselves and their colleagues huge unearned bonuses, .............I could go on, but you all know it by now.
The time cannot come soon enough for this joke to be kicked into the obscurity he richly, (pun intended), deserves.

Not sure how much people will actually rememeber when it comes to voting time and also is there really anyone else top vote for? At a time when this country desparately needs a leader to stand up for the good of the country we don't have an Obama waiting in the wings, just Brown and Cameron That is the saddest thing of all.
Some Labour-child I know is standing from the South-East of the country. He already predicts his fall on his @rse in the election.
When it comes to select between bad and the badder, majority gnenerally goes for bad. There is a strong possibility for that to happen in next election.

While I agree that Brown is without doubt the worst prime minister of recent times I don't fully agree with your assessment of the UK economy being hit harder by the recession solely because of him and his policies. The fact remains that the UK economy relies more on the financial services sector than the economies of many other countries and that is a big part of why the UK has been hit harder. Oh and the reason we rely more on financial services is not really due to this government by a long chalk, but can be laid very much at the door of the previous incumbents.

Yes, I can't fault you reasoning re: the Tories influence, but I'll see your Tory influence and raise you selling half our gold reserves at the lowest point in gold's history, raiding the pension funds, red tape and over taxation of small businesses, and borrowing too much money.

So too the formation of the IPCC, it was her nod that sealed our fate, and the AGW hoax propagated by the media and politicians. The new cash cow, unlimited revenue stream for the rulling elite. The French had the right idea on Bastille day. The Brits are not that passionate to do anything while DeadEnders and Coro is on TV, and with KFC and MacChunders are open 24hrs, no-one will do a thing.
