Couldn't agree more - Dr Whitley speaks a lot of sense. His views & concerns are shared by most people I know in the IT security industry. It's just a shame that the government, despite 'consulting' with the industry, choose to ignore the many issues that were raised (most of which are explained in the video) and thought it knew better, when it clearly did not.
