129-7 so not too bad, needs another wicket to go but Broad is doing very well

Tony
After Englands first innings I fully expected Australia to be declaring at 550.

Australia at 129-7 is a disaster for an Oz. That is a Pommie score!

Don't follow on for God's sake. You don't want to be batting last on that pitch!!

It'll all be over tomorrow! I reckon Australia will be batting before lunch!

Its a bowlers pitch alright but Broad and Swann have done well, and Freddie got one too!

Just hope we can squeeze out enough runs now.

Can't believe England are still at the crease. This is great stuff.

Knock up 400 and then have two days to bowl out the Ozzies for the Ashes. This is great stuff!

We have just declared - with over two days to go - Strauss had better deliver now!

545 lead should be enough

545 runs in front and they declare could be either a walk over or a good Aussie innings!

If the Aussies win from here they deserve to keep the Ashes. But come the hour, come Flintoff. I'd love to see him get a 5-for (or better) in his last test.

If England win it will be great - if Oz win then it will be heroic and thoroughly deserved from where they started!

Hmmmm - only 357 to win now - with 8 wickets in hand.

The Ashes are not looking quite to sure now

Courtesy of CricInfo:
What a truly seismic moment this is. Ponting cannot believe it, and has to drag himself off the park. He really, really doesn't want to go - The Oval give him a standing ovation, and the noise here is so electric that every hair on my neck is upstanding. Like the crowd. A truly awful run by Hussey, and Flintoff threw down the stumps with his typical sidearm action. The off stump was flattened and Ponting was a foot short

63.6
Harmison to Hussey, OUT, lovely nudged off his hips to mid-on. But hang on - Flintoff's got a rocket arm and he throws down Ponting's stumps! He's gone! Flintoff celebrates before the replays, down on one knee, arms outstretched ala Lord's. Flintoff has done it for England

RT Ponting run out 66 (103b 10x4 0x6) SR: 64.07

Oh dear, oh dear
64.5
Swann to Clarke, OUT, turns this to leg - or tries to. It ricochets to Strauss at first slip who flicks it onto the stumps! Is Clarke's bat back in time? The bail appears to be lifted and the bat's not quite over the line, but it's so hard to tell from these replays. Another huge moment here as we wait for the umpire's decision! And he's out! He's been given out. Clarke trudges off scarcely able to believe his fate, nor that of his team

MJ Clarke run out 0 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00
