Another watch question lol

I need to adjust the strap on a watch, which ive never worn in the 2 years ive had it because I never adjusted the strap lol

Ive seen a few on ebay for sale, but are they any good

I know I could go to a jewellers/ watch place to have it done but that means going finding one

When I got the watch it came with a wrist measurement ruler thing that you could mark up and send back along with the watch to be adjusted, only being over 2 years old im not sure they will actually still do this, plus it means sending the watch off

Dont ask me is it push pin or screw as I have no idea without getting out of the box to take a look, but im guessing I should really
