I had a good at a Golf driving range yesterday and it was the first time in about 10years that i had held a golf club, During my wrist swing, I ****ed up and hurt my wrist and as you do just continued on with hitting my other 49 *****.

I think its only sprained but felt worse thismorning than it did yesterday and now i can't lift a cup of coffee with it.
