Angry I'm amazed at how some companies are surviving.

I have been trying all day to spend money... I need to buy a set of speakers for indoors, websites have either a phone that never gets answered, disconnected or in some cases the wrong number.

The two companies I have managed to get hold of couldn't answer a simple question about the item I wanted to purchase, simply because it would have involved looking in a box.

Another company said they would phone me back in half an hour (three hours ago), no returned call, tried calling them back - no answer.

I told the guy, if he can just answer a simple question I will place the order there and then, (do the speakers come with brackets? Is the seemingly impossible question to get answered.)

I was under the impression customers for non essentiial items are in short supply at the moment, it seems not.

Cookster, this doesn't suprise me.

1 of the customers at work hadn't realised they hadn't sent a payment file to the bank for 12 months!! Thats 12 months of no cash in their bank account!!!

Whilst this is extreme, 2 weeks - 6 months is not uncommon.
