No no no.....
Whilst I appreciate that some people do have accidents with the kettle etc should this really be given charity status.

I am no PHD man but even with my limited intelligence I know not to cut through the lawn mower wire...

It's the 'nanny state' we now find ourselves living in.
We can no longer hire chainsaws or ladders because if we do & the customer has an accident it is still our fault!!
Also on holiday in Cuba the bathroom had light switches (rather than pull cords) and guess what - we knew not to touch them with wet hands & told our daughter the same. But there were still people (Brits!!) complaining about it.......!!!!!
