First off, I'm not from the U.K. I've always wanted to know about how vehicles are registered there. What does P-reg. and so-on mean?? And what is the deal with charging ridiculous prices for the plates?? Over here (U.S.)it costs about $35 and you can have just about any letter and number combo you want. And does the plate stay with the car forever? Just curious.
