I havent myself....but if you look at some of the job/graduate careers type web sites they often have info on such tests. Some also have practice tests that you can do - I think a company website I was looking at also had some practice ones.
Sorry, I have no urls at the moment, but I will look through my 'history' and see if I can find some in the next day or so - it wasnt long ago I found them as Im applying to jobs at the moment too...

Find some on the net and practice - you start to see patterns to solutions.
For the first 5 years of my IT life, there weren't any interviews - it was all on these tests!

Over the many years have had to do most of them.
Use a bit of common sense on the job on offer and what they will want and answer accordingly.
Once a friend asked me to do one for her Degree, had a bit of fun and she thought I was gay !!!!!!!
All the best,

a word of warning...
There's no point trying to second guess and lie to give a better impression - the best tests have built-in questions designed to weed out those who try to present as "false good" etcetera.
just be honest as you can.

The physchometric tests are fun as if you answer truthfully then they can be more or less accurate (some people may disagree). Just been on a course when a questionnaire was used to find out if you are Introvert or an extravert etc. Came out with ISTP which more or less indicates a Technical/Engineering/Mathmatical type of person.
If the person looks at you strange and calls security after they mark you test then you might want to get a bit worried.
Best advice is to be truthful and honest. When I went for the interview for the job I have now they gave us a piece of paper and asked us to write a paragraph about what we did at the weekend. The reason was to see if you could string a sentence together and spell to a certain degree. Apparently they had to junk a large number of CV's just because the English made no sense.
