Who has had the worst experiences in life on here so far? There must be some terrific tales of woe and despair that have made you want to end it all! Get them off your chest and help brighten up the day of everyone else!

My particular curse is always the weather: whenever I organise something or take a holiday it pi$$es down.

You guys must have some much better ones than that. How about picking all the lottery numbers and losing the ticket, or finding your wife in bed with John Leslie?

I think it is me, I live in the middle of nowhere so have no1 but you lot to talk too, i think everyone hates me, even when I go out in my boat the waves try to drown me, luckily I am a great swimmer so always win. :-)

Here, here. It's astounding... since a couple of small things have actually gone my way and I've developed a slightly more positive outlook on this, everything else seems to flow nicely. And it certainly isn't thanks to some on here, (maybe a few who offered genuine advice and not snidey comments/pm's).

Nope haven't got any money still, nope won't have any for a while, but with my new job guaranteed at a company laying many others off and the possibility of a DJ career beckoning, things are better than say 12 months ago.

Besides being unlucky isn't just about having no wonga in your pocket, I feel pity for the attitude of people sometimes, here and in real life.

I'll leave it at that.

If it was based entirely on what has happened to any given person then I'd bet a penny or two I'd be up for that title. However, it is how you deal with it that counts.

Have to agree with that. Measuring luck or lack of, just by how much money someone has, seems a bit shallow.

While having money can make life comfortable, life's about more than that, and you're not necessarily lucky if you have money either/unlucky if you don't.

That said, I wouldn't mind a bit more, and not all for my own benefit either, but only I can do something about that.
