True Blood - TV series
Has anyone else managed to catch this yet?
Just watched the first episode and I have to say that it's amazing so far. Not sure where it's going to go or what is going to happen but I'm definitely intrigued enough to watch more.
Don't watch if you don't happen to like non-fiction. It's NOT a documentary
For everyone else it's on FX tv channel starting on Friday

I've read the first several books in the series, and have the most recent one upstairs waiting for me to finish my current read, so I am not sure I'll bother.

I watched the first episode and only kept on watching it because the blonde had a cracking rack.
The missus seams to think its amazing, but i was not really feeling it, well i was imagafeeling some bits of it, but you get my drift.

I started watching them on DVD. I watched the second series on TV as it just happened to air in the uk a few weeks after I watched the box set.
I ended up DL most of them as I couldn't keep up, but now they are all on the ATV, so I have already watched tge 4th season.
I love all vampire type stuff, and this is also quite raunchy. So that's even better!

Yeah, I thought "Marnie" was just a weedy grannie earlier on the season, proved a quite different kettle of fish when she became "Combo Super Witchy"!
Ay one point I preferred "Vampire Diaries", not least because of lead hottie doppelganger Nina Dobrev , but now I prefer the gritty "realism" (if you can have realism in a vampire show!) of True Blood

Yeah the Wire is awesome! We bought the box set and watched each season one after the other
My list of best TV series (in no order)
24
CSI
Battlestar Galactica
Supernatural
True Blood
Sons of Anarchy
The Wire
The Shield
Fringe
Sopranos
Dexter
Boardwalk Empire
There are more but those ones I would heartily recommend

Yeah, HBO also did Sparticus (RIP Andy) & Games of Thrones - both with plenty of sex & violence, with excellent plot and "excecution"!

Also known as daz
Can't say no to that jessica, you can see she clearly works out, what a body on her
And what an ending to season 4, those who haven't watched it are in for a real treat.
